White Chocolate Christmas Cookies

Tis the season to do lots of baking! So here is another recipe for you. These are some semi-homemade sugar cookies that I made for a pot luck lunch last week. They are super easy and really yummy!

Here is what you need:

1. Package of break and bake sugar cookies. (You could get fancy and make some from scratch, but I didn't have time)

2. Nestle Toll House white chocolate chips

3. Red sprinkles

4. Green sprinkles

Step 1. Bake the cookies according to the package.

Step 2. Sprinkle the cookies with the red sprinkles while they are still warm so that the sprinkles will stick.

Step 3. Melt the white chocolate chips. Be careful not to burn them! (I did for the first batch and had to start over, oops)

STep 4. Dip half of the cookie into the melted chocolate.

Then sprinkle the chocolate with the green sprinkles! (Put them in the fridge for a little while so that the chocolate will harden)

Yum! Merry Christmas
