If you are like me then you LOVE getting holiday cards from family and friends! I get so excited when I see a new card in the mail and can't wait to open it to see who it is from. I love getting updates and pictures from our loved ones and seeing what has been going on in their lives over the past year. All the cards that we have gotten are so cute and special that I just cant imagine not displaying them to enjoy throughout the whole Christmas season. Here are some fun and creative ways to display your cards this Christmas.
This is the card holder that we have in our living room. I love that it looks pretty even before we had a card collection to really fill it up.
I think using branches in a vase to make a card holder tree is such a cute and rustic Christmas idea!
This clothes pin wreath would be easy to make at home! Use a coat hanger wire and bend it into a circle and then cover it which clothes pins to pin up the cards.
I love this idea of using a shutter to hold cards. I bet you could find one at a flew market or antique store pretty easily.
I was at one of our client's homes last week and I absolutely loved her idea of pinning her cards to the garland hung from her mantle. I love how the cards are mixed in with the greenery. She just used regular clothes pins to hang the cards on the garland.
This is one of my favorite card holder ideas! Just cover a regular bulletin board with fabric and then make a tree design out of left over ribbon! What a cute and easy to make idea.
Here is another way to use left over ribbon to display your cards. Make a bow and let a long strand of ribbon hang from it, then just pin the cards to the ribbon. I used to have something like this to hang my hair bows from as a little girl.
