February and March recap

Can you guys believe that it is almost APRIL!?!? Don't get me wrong... I am more than happy to trade in my snow boots (Nashville got hammered with snow this year) for some April showers and May flowers. The time just seems to be flying by though - anyone else agree!? In case you missed what has been going on here at SCD, here is a little recap of the last couple of months for ya!

Follow me on Instagram (@sarahcdesign) to keep up to date with my travels, projects and just life in general in the meantime. I'm off to Napa at the end of this week and I promise you wont want to miss out on some of the adventures that we have lined up!

I shared a tutorial that I did last year for dying Easter eggs using natural dyes from things like spices and veggies. If you are looking for a fun activity to do with your friends or family this weekend you should give it a try!

My bedroom got a little fresh bling for Spring thanks to the amazing work of Jill Rosenwald who was so sweet to send me that gorgeous brush stroke vase! I also shared the story behind how I became the proud owner of a vintage Valentino blazer while in france last Fall.

I wrapped up a fun dining room project that I have been working on and shared the reveal with you guys! I wish I had some "before" pics but I think you'll love seeing the "after" just the same!

We revisited the topic of using acrylic frames. I am working on a project that I am hoping to use some of these in and I just cant get over how much i love the clean, modern look of them.
